OLD POST LOG HOUSE RULES SHEET

• Close dryer door tightly before operating.
• Make sure lever on claw tub is on downspout when turning the water on and off.
• Please use coasters for beverages to protect furniture.
• No pets allowed, not appropriate for children.
• No smoking permitted inside cabin.
• Be sure to adjust thermostat when leaving.
• Always make sure fireplace is off when leaving.
• Pull door knob to you when locking door.
• Please leave occupied beds unmade.
• Leave all used towels in tub/shower.
• Check washer or dryer for any belongings.

The Old Loghouse Availability

PAYMENT
A minimum of one night’s deposit or 50% of total stay, whichever is greater, plus security deposit, is required when making a reservation.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $200.00 security deposit will be collected at the time of your reservation. All rentals require a security deposit. This deposit is security against damage, missing items, long distance phone charges, pay per view charges or excessive cleaning services. The cabin rentals will be inspected after each tenant’s departure. If there are no problems, the security deposit will be returned in full by mail or credit card within 30 days of departure date. If there are problems, you will be sent a letter explaining them and the costs for resolving them. These costs, which will be deducted from the security deposit, may include, but are not limited to, charges for repairs, concealed pets, in cabin smoking, sales tax, etc.

Guest’s security deposits are not refunded at check out.
RETURNED CHECKS There will be a $35.00 service charge for any returned check.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To receive a full refund, you must cancel 30 days prior to arrival date. You will receive a 50% refund if cancellation is 15 days prior to arrival. Less than 15 days notice of cancellation will result in forfeiture of your payment thus far and full refund of security deposit.

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please check your cabin thoroughly prior to your departure for any personal belongings. We are not responsible for items left behind. If you notice you have left an item behind, please call our office and every effort will be made to locate the it.
